High-Performance Culture
Introduction
Inspired by the McLaren Formula 1 Racing Team, High-Performance Culture (HPC®) is a business framework created by BPG® to define what the best-performing organisations have in common.
Based on more than 5 years of extensive research, which involved interviews with experienced managers (>30 years of experience), reviews of industry reports and academic literature, and a close collaboration with the McLaren Formula 1 Racing Team, BPG HPC® has been established and successfully integrated across several of our clients.
Nurturing effective workers who are passionate about their work, empowered with the right training and resources, and supported by their leadership, such organisations combine people, process and technology to bring about a culture that strives for continuous improvement and produces real business results.
