🚗 When a Global Supply Chain Becomes Unstable…
It started with small delays. Then, sudden stock shortages. Before long, a world-leading premium car manufacturer was facing a serious challenge: production lines stopping, supplier quality slipping, and logistics costs spiralling out of control.

✅ We brought suppliers and stakeholders to the same table—literally and figuratively
✅ Designed a smarter, more resilient production planning process across all parties, addressed commercial issues, and helped them to fix yield, quality, and productivity issues, which enabled us to stabilise the E2E Supply Chain while productivity gains and quality improvements also had an impact on supplier profitability
✅ Through the stable Supply Chain and quality improvements, yield improved, which allowed us to re-establish an effective Supply Chain, eliminating airfreight delivery spend
✅ We generated a Win-Win-Win scenario where Customer, Business, and People gained a positive impact from the changes

✅ On-time delivery jumped to 97%
✅ Production yield improved by 36%
✅ Airfreight costs dropped by 90%
