Overview
Our client, a European OEM Tier 1 supplier, had challenges getting its new factory up and running on-time. Due to Covid, they were unable to send reliable resources to oversee the project from Europe.We leveraged on our interim manager network and were able to provide an experienced senior executive to drive the project forward and ensure it's on-time and on-budget delivery. In addition, our resources established new Supply Chain processes and the required infrastructure to ensure global supplies.
