Overview
Covid-19 had a significant impact on the Global Supply Chain. Our client, a premium car manufacturer, was struggling to get sufficient materials from its suppliers based in Asia. BPG® was asked to lead a task force to fix the supply chain issues. Beside the coordination, we established transparency and alignment across the supply chain (Singapore, Taiwan, China and Thailand), identified problems in the respective manufacturing processes and helped the suppliers to establish a reliable supply chain.
