Ronald

Founder & Chief Problem Solver

After over 20 years in the Corporate world, Ronald decided to follow his passions and increase the impact he can have on companies’ performance and their people by building a firm, following his beliefs and management models which helped him through his career in the delivery of outstanding business results.

He believes in people being the most important asset and key to every company’s success. High performing teams are created through purpose driven and supportive leadership, a positive work environment and culture as well as people with the right skillsets and capabilities.

Ronald has risen through the ranks in Daimler, CHEP, GSK & CapitaLand. He was in charge of several business functions including Strategy, Innovation & Operations. He has established and developed several teams which were recognized for their outstanding performance and delivery of more than $600m in P&L improvements.

As a certified mechanic by training, he later gained a Bachelor degree in Mechanical Engineering and holds an Executive MBA from NUS.

His passions are solving complex problems and challenges, the future of work and lifelong learning.

Ronald is also on the Lifelong Learning Council where he is supporting the Ministry of Education in Singapore to establish a society embracing lifelong learning as a way of life.
